While doing our scheduled maintenance and server upgrade. Something went wrong, unnoticed...
It Was A Human Error. We found out the new server was not properly configured hence some damage was done in the background. Although it is fully recovered now, the process took us(me) 2 or 3 hours, meanwhile, the site was offline. Now the site is up again, I do not want to let this happen again.
